FREE HEALTH FAIR FOR NEPALI COMMUNITY

Association of Nepali physicians in America is holding another health fair for Nepali community. This time it is being held in collaboration with Nepali Janasamparka Tayari Samiti America

We request all Nepali community, especially those who may not have insurance to take advantage of this program.

Where: 45-07 40th street Sunnyside, Queens
When:  May 2nd 2010, Sunday
Time:   12 Noon to 6pm

# 7 train to 40 Street Station and walk 2 minutes to the office.

The following free services will be provided:

·         BLOOD GLUCOSE SCREENING
·         BLOOD CHOLESTEROL SCREENING
·         BLOOD PRESSURE CHECK UP
·         BMI INFORMATION.
·         HEALTH EDUCATION, HEALTH INFORMATION AND GUIDANCE ON   AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE AND AFFORDABLE MEDICINES.
